Your reflection stays yours.

What we collect

If you subscribe, we store your email address, confirmation status, consent record, signup source, and a compact summary of your quiz result. We do not store your 12 individual quiz answers.

We also keep aggregate counts of quiz starts, quiz completions, and confirmed subscriptions. These analytics records contain only totals by day and overall totals. They do not contain email addresses, quiz answers, cookies, IP addresses, device fingerprints, or persistent visitor identifiers.

Why we collect it

We use it to send the reflection you requested and occasional MIRROR//LOOP updates after you confirm your email address.

Website feedback

When enabled, the optional feedback form sends your category, rating (if selected), message, homepage identifier, and reply email (if supplied) to constantine@aitrailblazer.com using Resend. Providing feedback does not subscribe you to updates. The form does not attach quiz answers or reflection data; please do not include sensitive information in your message.

Starting the form loads Cloudflare Turnstile to check for automated abuse. Cloudflare processes browser and network information for that check. Feedback is not written to the subscriber database or application logs. Message copies are processed and retained by the email-delivery and recipient-mailbox services under their configured retention policies; automatic feedback deletion is not currently implemented. You can request deletion by emailing the address above.

Your choices

You may use the quiz without subscribing. Subscription emails include an unsubscribe link. You may request deletion by emailing constantine@aitrailblazer.com.

Service providers and retention

Google Cloud hosts the application and database and may retain standard infrastructure security logs under its configured retention policy. The configured email-delivery provider processes messages. Pending, unconfirmed subscriptions should be deleted after 30 days; unsubscribed records should be retained only as needed to honor suppression and legal requirements.
