Know what you are buying.

Digital products

MIRROR//LOOP card editions are digital downloads. No physical cards, box, or printed guide are shipped. An ARC edition contains the 12 cards named on its product page. A complete edition contains all 144 cards across ARCs 01–12. Insight editions include the stated companion descriptions and reflection prompts.

Payment and delivery

Stripe processes payment. After Stripe confirms payment, MIRROR//LOOP sends a thank-you acknowledgement to the email entered at checkout and fulfills the purchased digital files separately to that same address. Keep the order reference so support can locate the order.

If delivery has not arrived within 24 hours, first check spam or junk folders, then email constantine@aitrailblazer.com from the checkout address and include the Stripe receipt number. Do not send card details.

Refunds and duplicate orders

If files cannot be delivered, are materially different from the purchased edition, or the same edition was purchased twice by mistake, contact support within 14 days. MIRROR//LOOP will investigate and, where appropriate, replace the files or refund the affected purchase. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Personal-use license

Purchase grants the buyer a personal, non-exclusive license to use the delivered files. The files may not be resold, redistributed, uploaded as a public collection, or presented as the buyer’s own work.
